Overview:

SourceBridge Co. is engaging AI Consulting Domain Experts to partner on a customer-facing project focused on the evaluation and optimization of AI-driven outputs. In this role, you will apply your domain expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will directly shape how machine learning models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required—your consulting and strategy expertise is what matters most.

 

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and refine AI-generated responses, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with business objectives.
• Author, review, and enhance technical documentation, strategy reports, market analyses, business cases, and executive summaries.
• Develop and improve prompts for large language models, leveraging structured problem-solving and analytical rigor.
• Conduct detailed content review, quality assurance, RLHF, and rubric-based assessment of AI outputs.
• Annotate data, interpret findings, and provide fact-checking to ensure high standards of quality and reliability.
• Deliver professional, actionable written feedback and recommendations on AI performance and content suitability.

 

Requirements:

• Core background in strategy consulting, management consulting, corporate strategy, or business transformation.
• Strong capabilities in prompt engineering, prompt authoring, AI model evaluation, data annotation, and RLHF.
• Mastery in professional writing, report writing, technical editing, and business communication.
• Outstanding critical thinking, analytical reasoning, logical reasoning, fact-checking, and attention to detail.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of delivery in strategy consulting, management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or operations in analytically rigorous settings.
• Demonstrated excellence in professional writing, business communication, and report creation for senior audiences.
• Proven experience constructing client presentations, recommendation memos, or market analyses using structured methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required; an advanced degree such as a Master’s, JD, MBA, or PhD is a plus.
• Background from highly selective academic programs or equivalent achievements.
