Overview:

 

SourceBridge Co. is seeking experienced Biologists to contribute their expertise in molecular and cellular biology to an innovative AI training initiative. This opportunity enables professionals to apply real-world scientific knowledge to help improve next-generation AI systems through high-quality biological data, research insights, and experimental methodologies.

 

No previous AI experience is required—your scientific expertise is what matters most.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Design, optimise, and execute CRISPR-based gene editing workflows.
• Develop cloning strategies to generate new constructs and engineered cell lines.
• Perform genotyping, PCR assays, and sequence analysis to validate genetic modifications.
• Design synthetic DNA/RNA sequences and support high-throughput screening workflows.
• Apply molecular biology techniques to investigate cellular structures and biological processes.
• Translate laboratory findings into structured datasets for AI model training.
• Prepare clear, accurate documentation of experimental procedures and results.
• Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary scientific teams.

 

Requirements:

 

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biotechnology, Genetics, or a related life sciences field.
• Strong expertise in CRISPR and gene editing technologies.
• Hands-on experience with cloning, PCR, genotyping, and molecular biology techniques.
• Experience working in wet laboratory environments.
• Strong understanding of molecular and cellular biology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining scientific accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

 

• Experience designing or evaluating scientific datasets.
• Familiarity with AI data annotation or scientific review processes.
• Experience developing scientific protocols or assessment rubrics.
• Previous collaboration with remote or interdisciplinary research teams.
• Published scientific research or laboratory project experience is an advantage.
