Overview:

SourceBridge Co. is seeking experienced CAD Experts to contribute their technical expertise to projects supporting the training and improvement of next-generation AI systems.

 

In this role, you’ll apply your practical CAD and manufacturing knowledge to evaluate AI-generated content, provide expert feedback, and help develop standards for assessing manufacturing processes and workflows.

 

No prior AI experience is required — your CAD and manufacturing expertise is what matters.

 

The opportunity is fully remote and open worldwide, with a flexible schedule that can accommodate after-hours and weekend availability when needed.

 

 

Scope of Work:

• Provide expert feedback on manufacturing processes and techniques based on hands-on CAD experience.
• Review, assess, and refine AI-generated content related to manufacturing workflows.
• Evaluate the technical accuracy and efficiency of AI-generated recommendations.
• Develop and validate detailed rubrics for evaluating manufacturing process accuracy and efficiency.
• Apply practical knowledge of CAD, CAM, CNC, and digital manufacturing workflows where applicable.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement in AI-generated technical content.
• Provide clear and detailed written feedback to support AI system improvement.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with at least one CAD platform, such as:
• AutoCAD
• Fusion 360
• SolidWorks
• Onshape
• Inventor
• CATIA
• Creo
• FreeCAD
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to technical detail.
• Ability to evaluate technical information accurately and provide constructive feedback.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Autodesk tools, particularly Fusion 360 or AutoCAD.
• Background in CAM, CNC machining, or digital manufacturing workflows.
• Python proficiency is a significant plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, generative design, or AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience evaluating AI-generated technical content.
• Experience developing or applying process evaluation rubrics.
• Practical manufacturing or engineering experience.

Compensation Structure:

Compensation is output-based. Experts are paid per task that meets the project specifications.

 

The time required to complete each task may vary depending on the expert’s experience and workflow. Minimum submission requirements apply, and experts must submit a minimum number of tasks per week.

 

Hiring Process:

1. Apply to the role and complete the screening questions.
2. Complete an approximately 30-minute AI interview.
3. Hiring Manager review.
4. Selected candidates complete onboarding and begin project tasks.

 

 

Start Timeline:

 

Roles are typically filled within 48 hours.

 

Selected experts should be ready to begin their first tasks within 24–48 hours of completing onboarding.
