Overview:

 

SourceBridge Co. is seeking experienced Commercial Real Estate Managers to contribute their expertise to an innovative AI training project. In this role, you'll apply your knowledge of commercial real estate, property valuation, lease analysis, and market research to help improve next-generation AI systems.

 

Your real-world experience will directly enhance AI's understanding of commercial property management, investment analysis, and regulatory compliance.

 

Responsibilities:

• Analyze commercial real estate transactions and market trends.
• Review commercial lease agreements and property management practices.
• Conduct feasibility studies and property valuation assessments.
• Develop realistic commercial real estate scenarios for AI training.
• Provide clear written explanations of industry concepts.
• Review AI-generated content for technical accuracy.
• Collaborate remotely with project teams and subject matter experts.
• Ensure compliance with commercial real estate regulations and best practices.

 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Property Management, Property Valuation, or Brokerage.
• Strong understanding of commercial lease agreements and market analysis.
• Experience conducting feasibility studies and property appraisals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Availability for at least 10 hours per week.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

• Experience in the US, Canada, UK, Europe, or LATAM commercial real estate markets.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate regulations.
• Experience with AI, data annotation, or technology-driven projects.
• Background in property investment analysis.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
