Overview:

SourceBridge Co. is seeking experienced Corporate Attorneys for a high-level remote opportunity supporting the development and evaluation of next-generation AI systems focused on legal reasoning.

 

In this role, attorneys will evaluate how AI models handle legal analysis, contract interpretation, corporate law questions, and complex legal scenarios. You will provide expert-level feedback, identify weaknesses in AI-generated legal responses, and help establish a higher standard for accuracy, reasoning, and legal writing.

 

 

Responsibilities:

• Review AI-generated responses to legal questions for accuracy and quality of reasoning.
• Evaluate legal analysis involving corporate law, contracts, and related legal issues.
• Draft expert-level legal prompts and reference answers.
• Provide detailed critiques of AI-generated legal content.
• Identify hallucinated or inaccurate legal citations.
• Detect flawed legal reasoning and jurisdictional errors.
• Evaluate contract interpretation and legal analysis for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance on complex legal tasks.
• Apply professional legal judgment and strong analytical skills throughout the evaluation process.
• Help establish high standards for accurate, clear, and rigorous AI-generated legal content.

 

 

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of professional experience as an attorney at a top-tier law firm.
• At least part of the relevant experience should have been obtained within the past 7 years.
• Strong background in legal research and legal writing.
• Strong understanding of contract law and corporate law.
• Experience with contract drafting and legal analysis.
• Strong due diligence and analytical skills.
• Excellent ability to identify errors, unsupported conclusions, and weaknesses in legal reasoning.
• Excellent legal writing skills.
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly in plain English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to legal accuracy.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience handling sophisticated corporate or commercial legal matters.
• Experience at a nationally or internationally recognized law firm.
• Strong academic background, including an undergraduate degree from a well-known university.
• Current residence in an English-speaking country.
• Experience reviewing or evaluating AI-generated legal content.
• Familiarity with legal technology or AI-assisted legal research tools.
• Experience across multiple areas of corporate or commercial law.
