Overview:

 

SourceBridge Co. is seeking detail-oriented Document Reviewers to support an innovative AI training initiative. In this role, you'll review, classify, validate, and annotate documents to help improve next-generation AI systems. Your expertise in maintaining data quality, privacy, and compliance will directly contribute to building more accurate and reliable AI solutions.

 

No previous AI experience is required—your document review and quality assurance expertise are what matter most.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Review large volumes of structured and unstructured documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify issues related to data quality, consistency, and Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
• Annotate, classify, and redact sensitive information where required.
• Follow established workflows, taxonomies, and review guidelines.
• Perform quality assurance (QA) checks and validate document outputs.
• Maintain detailed records of review activities and findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Provide clear written documentation and recommendations.

 

Requirements:

 

• Experience in document review, auditing, annotation, redaction, or data classification.
• Familiarity with handling Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
• Strong quality assurance and validation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and guidelines.
• Experience working with large datasets.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

• Background in Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Information Security, or Auditing.
• Experience supporting AI or machine learning data projects.
• Familiarity with document management and workflow platforms.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and information governance.
