
Sourcebridge Co. is seeking detail-oriented Electronics Engineers to join an innovative, high-impact project for our client. In this role, you will apply your domain expertise to review, annotate, and evaluate robotic system videos and electrical schematics—directly shaping how next-generation AI models learn, reason, and understand real-world physical systems.
No prior experience in AI is required — your practical knowledge in electronics engineering, robotics, and schematic analysis is what matters most.
• Core Engineering: Electronics Engineering, Electrical System Design, Schematic Analysis, Troubleshooting
• Robotics & Mechatronics: Automation Systems, Sensor & Actuator Systems, Physical Anomaly Identification
• Technical Communication: Technical Documentation, Video Annotation, Clear Written Explanations
• Remote Collaboration: Asynchronous Team Collaboration, Attention to Detail, Self-Directed Problem Solving
• Video & System Annotation: Review and annotate robotic system videos, providing accurate feedback based on electrical and electronic observations.
• Schematic & Diagram Analysis: Interpret complex electrical schematics and system diagrams as they pertain to robotic performance.
• Anomaly Detection: Identify, document, and explain electrical or electronic events, anomalies, or system functions visible in video media.
• Documentation: Draft clear, concise explanatory notes and technical feedback for machine learning specialists and engineering peers.
• Guideline Optimization: Help refine video annotation guidelines to ensure consistency and precision across training datasets.
• Education: Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related field.
• Practical Experience: Substantial expertise in electrical system design, analysis, and troubleshooting. Proven experience with robotics or automation systems is highly preferred.
• Technical Literacy: High proficiency in reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to explain complex hardware/software behaviors clearly.
• Compensation: $50 – $90 / hour equivalent (Output-based contract structure per verified milestone/task).
• Role Type: 100% Remote Contract Engagement.
