Overview:

 

Our client is seeking experienced Event Planners to contribute to an innovative AI training project focused on improving communication between event planning professionals and clients.

 

In this role, you'll use your real-world event planning expertise to participate in realistic planning scenarios, document professional workflows, and help improve next-generation AI systems. No previous AI experience is required—your event planning knowledge and client communication skills are what matter most.

 

Responsibilities:

• Participate in realistic client-event planner conversations.
• Document event planning workflows and best practices.
• Analyze client requirements and recommend suitable event solutions.
• Explain step-by-step planning processes for various event types.
• Identify common planning challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI-generated responses.
• Create professional written examples of client communication.
• Collaborate remotely with project teams to deliver high-quality work.
