Overview:

 

SourceBridge Co. is seeking experienced GPU Programming Software Engineers to contribute to an innovative AI training initiative. In this role, you'll use your expertise in GPU programming, parallel computing, and performance optimization to help train next-generation AI systems.

 

You'll design and optimize GPU-focused programming tasks that improve how AI models understand high-performance computing concepts. No previous AI experience is required—your GPU programming expertise is what matters.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Design and implement GPU-based software solutions using CUDA, WebGPU, or GLSL.
• Optimize GPU kernels and shaders for maximum performance.
• Profile, benchmark, and fine-tune GPU applications.
• Develop host-side applications and integrations using C++.
• Create realistic GPU programming scenarios for AI training.
• Review and validate AI-generated technical solutions.
• Document programming approaches and optimization techniques.
• Collaborate remotely with engineering experts and project teams.

 

Requirements:

 

• Strong experience in GPU programming.
• Proficiency with CUDA, WebGPU, GLSL, or similar GPU technologies.
• Excellent C++ programming skills.
• Experience optimizing GPU performance.
• Strong analytical and debugging abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

• Experience developing software for NVIDIA GPUs.
• Background in Graphics Programming, Machine Learning Acceleration, Scientific Computing, or High-Performance Computing (HPC).
• Expertise in GPU kernel optimization and shader development.
• Strong understanding of parallel computing concepts.
• Experience with profiling and performance analysis tools.
• Passion for solving complex engineering challenges.
