Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Growth Manager to lead go-to-market (GTM) initiatives for enterprise AI solutions. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about market expansion, strategic partnerships, and data-driven growth.

You'll work closely with senior leadership to identify new opportunities, execute growth strategies, and help shape the future of enterprise AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute GTM strategies across high-priority customer segments.
• Conduct market research, account mapping, and opportunity analysis.
• Build and optimize outbound growth campaigns.
• Develop messaging aligned with customer needs and market trends.
• Drive strategic partnership initiatives and expansion opportunities.
• Track KPIs and continuously improve growth performance.
• Collaborate with leadership on high-impact business initiatives.
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable strategies.

Requirements:

• Experience in Growth, GTM Strategy, Business Development, Sales, Venture Capital, Private Equity, or similar commercial roles.
• Strong analytical, research, and market mapping skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with outbound growth strategies and pipeline generation.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex business problems.
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
• Self-starter mindset with a passion for growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with enterprise GTM strategies.
• Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM).
• Background in SaaS, AI, or technology companies.
• Experience building strategic partnerships.
• Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles.
