Overview:

SourceBridge Co. is seeking experienced Lawyers to contribute their legal expertise to an advanced AI evaluation project.

 

In this role, you’ll apply your professional knowledge of contract law, legal research, regulatory compliance, and legal writing to realistic legal scenarios and documentation. Your expertise will help develop high-quality evaluation materials for next-generation AI systems.

 

No prior AI experience is required. Your legal knowledge, analytical judgment, and ability to interpret complex legal issues are what matter.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed contract reviews and identify risks, ambiguities, and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform comprehensive legal research involving statutes, regulations, and relevant case law.
• Draft, edit, and evaluate legal documents for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Analyze regulatory compliance issues across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide well-reasoned guidance on legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop clear written explanations and rationales supporting legal positions and decisions.
• Collaborate through written and verbal communication to clarify complex legal concepts.
• Review legal data and provide constructive feedback to improve AI evaluation and training materials.
• Apply professional legal judgment to realistic, complex legal scenarios.

 

Requirements:

• Active law license/bar admission.
• 5+ years of professional legal experience in contract law, compliance, or a closely related practice area.
• Strong expertise in contract review and analysis.
• Excellent legal research skills.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional legal writing and documentation skills.
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical abilities.
• Strong attention to legal detail and nuance.
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to both legal and non-legal audiences.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, project-focused environment.

• Experience working with laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience handling complex commercial contracts or compliance matters.
