Overview:

 

SourceBridge Co. is seeking experienced Lawyers to contribute their legal expertise to innovative AI training projects. In this role, you'll use your knowledge of U.S. law, legal research, drafting, and analysis to help train next-generation AI systems.

 

Your expertise will improve how AI understands, analyzes, and generates legal content while working alongside professionals in a collaborative, remote environment.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive legal analysis across various areas of U.S. law.
• Perform detailed legal research using reliable legal sources.
• Draft, review, and edit legal documents, contracts, opinions, and memoranda.
• Evaluate AI-generated legal content for clarity, accuracy, and legal reasoning.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance.
• Participate in quality assurance and legal content review.
• Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

 

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the United States.
• Experience in legal research, drafting, and legal analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to review and edit complex legal documents.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Commitment to confidentiality and high-quality work.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

• Current or previous experience at a top-tier U.S. law firm.
• Exposure to multiple legal practice areas.
• Experience reviewing legal content or performing quality assurance.
