Overview:

SourceBridge Co. is engaging Manufacturing Specialists to contribute their advanced technical expertise to a customer's AI training project focused on manufacturing and digital fabrication. In this role, you will apply your domain expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will directly shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required—your domain knowledge is what matters most. This unique project centers on evaluating manufacturing processes and workflows, particularly within CAM, CNC, and Fusion 360 environments, to develop evaluation rubrics that enhance human productivity.

 

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert feedback on manufacturing processes and techniques, emphasizing CAM, CNC, or Fusion 360 applications.
• Review, assess, and refine AI-generated content and recommendations relevant to manufacturing workflows.
• Develop and validate detailed rubrics for evaluating manufacturing process accuracy and efficiency.

 

Requirements:

• Core expertise in CAM, CNC machining, manufacturing, and Fusion 360 platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and technical detail.
• Ability to start quickly (within 24–48 hours of onboarding) and maintain a consistent weekly task submission volume.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven, hands-on expertise in CAM, CNC machining, and digital manufacturing workflows.
• Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Fusion 360 and related digital manufacturing software platforms.
• Prior experience in developing or utilizing technical process evaluation rubrics.
