Overview:

 

SourceBridge Co. is seeking experienced Materials Experts to support an innovative AI training initiative focused on materials science and engineering. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals to apply their scientific expertise to improve the capabilities of next-generation artificial intelligence systems.

 

You will work with technical datasets, research publications, and engineering content while helping develop accurate, high-quality training materials. Previous AI experience is not required—your expertise in materials science is the key qualification.

 

Responsibilities:

• Review, analyse, and annotate technical materials science datasets and documentation.
• Validate the accuracy and scientific quality of engineering content.
• Explain advanced materials science concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses related to materials science and engineering.
• Create realistic case studies, scenarios, and problem-solving exercises.
• Interpret scientific literature and experimental results.
• Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams to improve data quality.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and scientific integrity.

 

Requirements:

 

• Master's or PhD in Materials Science & Engineering, Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of materials characterisation, testing, processing, and selection.
• Experience reviewing scientific publications and interpreting experimental data.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfortable working in a remote collaborative environment.
• Ability to produce accurate, detail-oriented technical work.

Preferred Qualifications:

 

• Experience publishing scientific papers or technical research.
• Familiarity with technical documentation review and quality assurance.
• Experience developing educational or technical content.
• Knowledge of digital collaboration platforms.
• Background in multiple areas of materials engineering is advantageous.
