Overview:

 

SourceBridge Co. is seeking experienced PowerPoint Specialists to contribute to an innovative AI training initiative. This role is ideal for professionals with strong business presentation skills who can create, review, and improve high-quality PowerPoint, Excel, and Word documents while helping train next-generation AI systems.

 

No previous AI experience is required—your expertise in business communication and Microsoft Office is what matters most.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Design realistic business presentations, reports, and document-based scenarios.
• Create professional PowerPoint, Excel, and Word files for AI training.
• Collaborate with advanced AI tools to improve business document generation.
• Review and compare AI-generated presentations and business documents.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance.
• Develop executive-level presentation materials for realistic business use cases.
• Create prompts and workflows that reflect real-world business challenges.
• Document findings and recommendations with clarity and accuracy.
• Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary project teams.

 

Requirements:

 

• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Experience creating executive presentations and business reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple business scenarios and projects.
• Comfortable working with AI-powered tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

• 3+ years of experience supporting complex projects within Fortune 500 companies or leading consulting firms.
• Experience creating executive presentations for finance, healthcare, consulting, technology, retail, HR, sales, marketing, or operations.
• Strong understanding of Office Open XML (.pptx) files.
• Experience working with LLMs or AI-assisted productivity tools.
• Background in consulting, investment banking, FP&A, private equity, HR, marketing, or strategy is highly desirable.
• Experience managing cross-functional business projects.
