Overview:

 

SourceBridge Co. is seeking experienced Privacy Annotation Specialists to support an innovative AI training initiative focused on legal technology, data privacy, and document intelligence. In this role, you'll use your expertise to review and annotate sensitive legal documents, helping improve next-generation AI systems through accurate, high-quality data.

 

No previous AI experience is required—your legal and privacy expertise is what matters most.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Review and annotate legal documents containing sensitive information.
• Identify and classify Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and confidential data.
• Validate OCR (Optical Character Recognition) outputs for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews on annotated document sets.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and technology teams.
• Support information governance and privacy compliance initiatives.
• Document findings and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive information.

 

Requirements:

 

• Strong experience in contract review, eDiscovery, compliance, or legal document review.
• In-depth knowledge of PII, privacy regulations, and information governance.
• Experience working with confidential legal documents.
• Excellent analytical and quality assurance skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Privacy Analyst
• Information Governance Specialist
• Compliance Manager
• Legal Document Review Lead
• Experience in litigation support or managed legal services.
• Familiarity with legal technology platforms and OCR workflows.
• Experience with AI-assisted document review is a plus.
