Overview:

SourceBridge Co. is engaging Talent Acquisition Specialists to contribute their recruitment expertise to a valued customer project. In this role, you will apply your domain expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will directly shape how machine learning models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

 

Responsibilities:

• Leverage advanced sourcing strategies to identify qualified professionals across diverse platforms and talent pools.
• Screen and evaluate resumes to assess alignment with project-specific requirements.
• Facilitate structured interview processes and deliver actionable insights to improve selection outcomes.
• Research and analyze job markets to inform project decisions and optimize resource allocation.
• Utilize persuasive communication and consultative selling skills to engage with prospective contributors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine project scopes and candidate profiles based on market trends.
• Document and communicate findings clearly through written reports and verbal presentations.

 

Requirements:

• Core expertise in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interviewing.
• Deep understanding of current job markets and recruiting methodologies.
• Strong consultative sales skills for engaging and converting prospective candidates.
• Excellent written communication, verbal presentation skills, and strong attention to detail.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and candidate assessment.
• Exceptional ability to communicate findings clearly and provide actionable selection insights.
• Proven track record of working remotely and managing project deliverables independently.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing project scopes and market trends.
• Prior exposure to AI-driven projects, HR technology evaluation, or data-driven recruiting environments is a plus.
