Overview:

SourceBridge Co. is seeking experienced Senior Software Engineers for a high-impact opportunity supporting the development and evaluation of next-generation AI systems.

 

This role is designed for senior engineers with strong expertise in software architecture, system design, algorithms, data structures, debugging, and code review. You will evaluate AI-generated code, develop challenging engineering problems, and help improve AI performance on real-world software engineering tasks.

 

The ideal candidate has experience at a leading technology company and can clearly communicate complex technical decisions in writing.

 

 

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, quality, maintainability, and design.
• Develop challenging software engineering problems that test advanced technical reasoning.
• Create high-quality reference solutions and comprehensive test cases.
• Review AI model reasoning related to software architecture and system design.
• Assess approaches to debugging complex software problems.
• Identify technical errors, inefficient implementations, and architectural weaknesses.
• Provide detailed technical feedback to improve AI-generated software solutions.
• Evaluate algorithms and data structures used in AI-generated implementations.
• Help establish high standards for software engineering quality and best practices.
• Clearly document technical decisions, critiques, and recommendations.

 

 

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Software Engineer at a top technology company.
• At least part of the relevant experience should have been obtained within the past 7 years.
• Strong understanding of system design and software architecture.
• Excellent knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience conducting or participating in rigorous code reviews.
• Ability to evaluate software for correctness, scalability, maintainability, and design quality.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain technical decisions clearly.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university.
• Experience at a leading technology company or highly regarded software organization.
• Experience designing large-scale or distributed systems.
• Strong background in technical architecture and engineering best practices.
• Experience creating coding assessments, technical problems, or evaluation frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, LLMs, or AI-generated software is a plus.
• Based in an English-speaking country.
