Overview:

SourceBridge Co. is engaging a Talent Operations Manager to scale the human data engine behind frontier AI systems. In this role, you will own onboarding, talent activation, and client success across high-velocity AI training deployments. You will operate at the intersection of data, operators, and enterprise delivery to ensure model training operations run seamlessly.

 

Responsibilities:

• Run large-cohort onboarding at scale with speed, clarity, and zero chaos.
• Activate and manage distributed talent pools powering AI training and data operations.
• Build and maintain high-trust enterprise client relationships.
• Anticipate operational blockers before they surface and solve them with speed.
• Drive customer success outcomes across ongoing AI deployments.
• Publish weekly performance and milestone reports with high-signal data insights.
• Host community syncs and engagement rituals to keep operators sharp and aligned.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to align talent ops with shifting model and client requirements.
• Continuously refine onboarding, quality assurance, and retention systems using performance diagnostics.

 

Requirements:

• Core expertise in large-scale onboarding, stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and team leadership.
• Elite written communicator—clear, structured, and direct.
• Proven operator in remote, distributed environments with a deep ownership mindset.
• Comfortable leading cohorts of 100+ contributors without losing signal or output quality.
• Data-fluent with extensive experience managing dashboards, KPIs, and performance diagnostics.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Human Data, Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), or AI training pipelines.
• Background working with enterprise AI or technical clients.
• Track record of building or scaling data ops or talent ops systems from the ground up.
• Familiarity with modern tooling (ATS, analytics, project ops, and automation tools).
