Overview:

SourceBridge Co. is engaging seasoned Transactions Associates for a high-impact role at the forefront of legal AI. In this role, you will help shape how advanced artificial intelligence systems are trained, evaluated, and applied in real-world legal work. You will review, assess, and contribute to contract redlining workflows used to train state-of-the-art AI models, directly improving how these systems identify risk, interpret contract language, and perform with legal precision.

 

Responsibilities:

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback to improve model performance and output precision.
• Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria to assess AI performance on contract tasks with rigor and consistency.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review solutions.

 

Requirements:

• Active J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Core expertise in playbooks, redlining, contract drafting, and contract negotiation.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience focused on technology transactions (negotiating MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior exposure to AI, legal tech, or model training initiatives.
• Law firm experience in corporate technology transactions or corporate practice groups.
• Demonstrated commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology in fast-paced environments.
