Overview:

SourceBridge Co. is seeking experienced Accountants and Auditors to contribute their financial expertise to an advanced AI evaluation project focused on financial reporting, auditing, and compliance.

 

In this role, you’ll apply your professional knowledge to realistic financial scenarios and documentation, helping develop high-quality evaluation tasks for next-generation AI systems.

 

No prior AI experience is required. Your accounting, auditing, financial reporting, and tax compliance expertise are what matter.

 

You’ll work with financial statements, audit documentation, financial models, tax compliance materials, and other business records to evaluate accuracy, compliance, and financial reasoning.

 

Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate financial statements for accuracy and compliance with GAAP or IFRS.
• Develop, review, and validate financial models using advanced Excel functions.
• Assess audit procedures and internal control frameworks.
• Analyze tax compliance documentation and evaluate alignment with applicable regulations.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing financial findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Develop realistic accounting, auditing, and financial compliance scenarios for AI evaluation.
• Contribute real-world financial case studies based on professional experience.
• Review financial documentation and provide clear feedback on reporting and accounting practices.
• Apply professional judgment when evaluating complex financial information.

 

Requirements:

• Strong professional experience in accounting, auditing, financial reporting, or tax compliance.
• Excellent understanding of financial statements and reporting principles.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and analytical functions.
• Experience conducting audits and preparing audit documentation.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and audit procedures.
• Ability to analyze financial and tax documentation accurately.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and professionally.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in financial reporting, audit, accounting, or tax compliance.
• Deep understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and international financial reporting requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience auditing diverse business entities and preparing comprehensive audit documentation.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Experience with finance process improvement or technology-driven finance projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working independently on complex financial assignments.
