Overview:

SourceBridge Co. is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to build and improve next-generation AI-powered internal platforms.

 

You’ll work on AI agents, modern large language models (LLMs), backend services, agent frameworks, and production AI systems. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys experimenting with emerging AI technologies while turning successful ideas into reliable, production-ready features.

 

 

Responsibilities:

• Build and improve AI agent capabilities using modern LLMs.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python.
• Design and iterate on prompts, workflows, RAG systems, and agent orchestration.
• Evaluate model performance and continuously improve quality through experimentation.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver AI-powered features.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain scalable AI systems in production.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI models, tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Develop reliable AI features that improve the capabilities and usefulness of internal platforms.

 

Requirements:

• Strong Python software engineering skills.
• Experience building applications using LLMs and AI APIs.
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience building APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experimental mindset with a willingness to test and iterate.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience shipping AI products or AI agents to production.
• Familiarity with:
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Tool calling
• Model evaluation
• Prompt engineering
• Agent orchestration
• Contributions to open-source AI projects.
• Experience developing personal AI applications.
• Experience working in fast-paced, AI-first engineering environments.
