Overview:

 

We're looking for experienced AI Software Engineering Domain Experts to help train next-generation AI systems through expert technical evaluation and content development. This role is ideal for software engineering professionals who enjoy solving complex technical problems and improving AI-generated outputs.

 

No prior AI experience is required—your software engineering expertise is what matters.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and improve AI-generated technical content.
• Create and refine prompts for software engineering tasks.
• Evaluate AI outputs using detailed quality rubrics.
• Draft and edit technical documentation, RFCs, architecture plans, and design specifications.
• Perform independent technical research and fact-checking.
• Annotate and evaluate technical data.
• Collaborate remotely with project teams to deliver high-quality results.

 

Requirements:

• Strong software engineering background.
• Critical thinking and analytical reasoning.
• Excellent written and technical communication.
• Experience with technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• 3+ years as a Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, Staff Engineer, Technical Lead, Engineering Manager, or Solutions Architect.
• Experience writing architecture documents, RFCs, design specifications, engineering proposals, or code reviews.
• Excellent technical writing and editing skills.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools is a plus.
• Master's, MBA, JD, PhD, or equivalent advanced qualification is an advantage.
