Overview:

SourceBridge Co. is seeking experienced BigLaw Lawyers to contribute their legal expertise to projects focused on training and evaluating next-generation AI systems.

 

This opportunity is designed for legal professionals with mandatory experience working at one or more Vault Law 100 firms. Candidates should have strong legal training and experience handling sophisticated, high-stakes legal matters.

 

No prior AI experience is required. Your legal knowledge, analytical ability, research skills, and attention to detail are the key qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive legal analysis across a variety of U.S. law topics.
• Perform in-depth legal research to support project objectives and ensure accurate, current information.
• Draft, review, and edit legal materials, including memoranda, opinions, contracts, and related documents.
• Evaluate legal content for clarity, accuracy, completeness, and alignment with legal best practices.
• Provide structured feedback on legal texts and AI-generated legal content.
• Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams on complex legal scenarios.
• Perform quality assurance by identifying errors, inconsistencies, ambiguities, and other issues.
• Maintain exceptionally high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Apply practical legal judgment to help improve the quality and performance of AI systems.

 

Requirements:

• Current or prior experience at one or more Vault Law 100 firms is required.
• Active license to practice law.
• Strong legal analysis and research capabilities.
• Excellent legal drafting and content-review skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to review complex legal materials and identify errors or inconsistencies.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of U.S. law and legal research practices.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong academic credentials.
• Experience across multiple legal practice areas.
• Experience with quality assurance or rubric-based evaluation of legal documents.
• Previous experience reviewing sophisticated legal content.
• Experience participating in remote or multidisciplinary projects.
• Demonstrated commitment to precision, accuracy, and legal best practices.
• Experience with AI, legal technology, or training initiatives is a plus, but not required.
