About the Role:

SourceBridge Co. is seeking Bilingual Mental Health Experts to contribute to a project focused on improving next-generation AI systems through high-quality psychological and mental health expertise.

 

In this role, you will use your professional knowledge in psychology or psychiatry to evaluate AI-generated content, develop and review psychological case studies, identify potential biases and inaccuracies, and provide evidence-based feedback that helps improve AI systems.

 

No prior AI experience is required. Your professional domain expertise in psychology or psychiatry is the primary qualification.

 

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate AI-generated psychological content for accuracy, relevance, and ethical standards.
• Develop and review datasets involving psychological case studies, assessments, and conversations for AI training.
• Provide detailed written feedback and verbal insights to improve AI responses in clinical scenarios, research vignettes, and therapeutic dialogues.
• Identify potential cultural biases, inaccuracies, and ethical concerns in AI-generated outputs.
• Recommend evidence-based improvements to psychological and mental health content.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to incorporate psychological concepts and frameworks into AI development.
• Ensure psychological content reflects appropriate cultural, linguistic, ethical, and clinical considerations.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing resources supporting ongoing AI development.

 

Requirements:

• Completed Ph.D. in Psychology or MD with completed Psychiatry residency.
• Native proficiency in at least one of the following languages:
• French
• Malay
• Russian
• Mandarin
• Japanese
• Urdu
• Swahili
• Bulgarian
• Tagalog
• Polish
• Marathi
• Lithuanian
• Georgian
• Bengali
• Vietnamese
• Indonesian
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of psychological concepts, assessments, and clinical or research practices.
• Ability to communicate complex psychological concepts clearly in written and verbal formats.
• Strong analytical and evaluative skills.
• Ability to assess psychological information, narratives, and case-based content.
• Strong awareness of cultural sensitivity and ethical considerations in mental health.
• Excellent written documentation and communication skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional experience in clinical psychology, psychiatry, psychological research, or higher education.
• Experience developing or evaluating psychological case studies, assessments, or clinical scenarios.
• Experience working with multilingual or culturally diverse populations.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with technology-driven research or AI-related projects is a plus, but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to identify bias, inaccuracies, and cultural considerations in psychological content.
