Overview:
SourceBridge Co. is seeking experienced Contract Attorneys to contribute their legal expertise to an advanced AI evaluation project focused on contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining.
This opportunity is designed for attorneys with strong experience handling technology contracts, particularly MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs. You’ll help evaluate how AI systems interpret contract language, identify legal risks, and respond to realistic contract scenarios.
Your legal expertise will directly contribute to improving the precision, consistency, and practical legal judgment of AI-powered contract review systems.

Responsibilities:
- Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
- Draft, review, analyze, and redline technology-related contracts.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses to realistic contract scenarios.
- Identify risks, ambiguities, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide detailed expert feedback to improve AI model performance.
- Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for contract-related tasks.
- Assess AI performance for accuracy, legal reasoning, and practical usefulness.
- Contribute to guidelines and best practices for AI-powered contract review.
- Collaborate with product and research teams on legal AI evaluation initiatives.
- Translate practical legal expertise into clear, actionable feedback for AI systems.
Requirements:
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Minimum 3 years of experience focused on technology contracts.
- Strong experience negotiating and reviewing MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
- Demonstrated contract drafting and redlining expertise.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to legal detail.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to provide clear, objective, and actionable legal feedback.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-disciplinary teams.
- Strong interest in the intersection of law and technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with AI, legal technology, or AI training initiatives.
- Experience evaluating legal AI tools or technology-driven legal workflows.
- Experience working with product, engineering, research, or technology teams.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted contract review or legal automation.
