Overview:

SourceBridge Co. is seeking experienced Data Scientists and quantitative professionals to contribute to the development and evaluation of next-generation AI systems.

 

In this role, you will apply your expertise in statistics, machine learning, experimentation, data analysis, and quantitative reasoning to evaluate AI model performance and help improve the quality, reliability, and reasoning capabilities of advanced AI systems.

 

 

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate AI model outputs across data science, statistics, machine learning, and quantitative problems.
• Create expert-level prompts, datasets, and reference solutions.
• Identify flawed methodologies, statistical errors, and weaknesses in quantitative reasoning.
• Analyze model responses and provide structured, actionable feedback.
• Apply sound statistical and data science principles to assess AI-generated solutions.
• Help improve AI model capabilities through high-quality expert evaluation and feedback.

 

 

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with machine learning and statistical analysis.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and data analysis.
• Experience with experimentation and quantitative reasoning.
• Proficiency with Pandas and data modeling.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical and statistical concepts in writing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of professional experience at a top-tier company in technology, finance, research, or a related field.
• At least part of this professional experience should have been within the past 7 years.
• Undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university.
• Experience working with advanced quantitative, statistical, or machine learning problems.
• Based in an English-speaking country.
• Strong written communication skills, particularly when explaining technical concepts.
