Overview:

SourceBridge Co. is seeking experienced Developer & Infrastructure Experts for a remote contractor opportunity focused on evaluating AI-powered developer, cloud, DevOps, SRE, platform, and infrastructure workflows.

 

This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience across cloud infrastructure, software development platforms, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and observability.

 

You will use your real-world technical expertise to evaluate AI-generated commands, configurations, workflows, and outputs, identify issues, and provide actionable feedback that helps improve next-generation AI systems.

 

No prior AI experience is required — your technical domain expertise is what matters.

 

 

Responsibilities:

• Test and validate AI-assisted workflows for software development and infrastructure tasks.
• Evaluate AI-generated commands, configurations, scripts, and technical outputs.
• Work with platforms and technologies such as GitHub, GitLab, JIRA, AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
• Assess whether AI-generated solutions are accurate, practical, secure, and aligned with industry standards.
• Identify discrepancies, errors, or unrealistic infrastructure and development workflows.
• Evaluate how AI agents interact with connected developer platforms and workplace applications.
• Test workflows involving tools such as Slack, Google Drive, and Microsoft 365.
• Document findings and provide detailed written evaluations.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Recommend improvements to AI-driven development and infrastructure processes.
• Identify potential reliability, scalability, or workflow issues.
• Provide clear and thorough written and verbal feedback.

 

 

Requirements:

• Professional experience in one or more of the following:
• Software Engineering
• DevOps
• Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
• Cloud Engineering
• Platform Engineering
• Infrastructure Engineering
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud and infrastructure technologies.
• Strong understanding of development and infrastructure workflows.
• Ability to evaluate technical outputs for correctness and practical applicability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing technical workflows and outputs.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Azure DevOps, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD tools and practices.
• Experience with observability and monitoring frameworks.
• Familiarity with GitHub, GitLab, and JIRA.
• Professional experience using AI agents such as ChatGPT, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or Codex.
• Experience evaluating AI-generated technical workflows.
• Experience integrating developer platforms with workplace connectors and automation tools.
• Experience identifying opportunities to improve developer and infrastructure processes.
