Overview:

SourceBridge Co. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Client Partner, Frontier AI to build strategic partnerships with leading AI organizations and enterprise customers. In this role, you'll work with research, engineering, and procurement teams to deliver AI evaluation solutions, reinforcement learning environments, and human data programs that improve next-generation AI systems.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with AI labs and enterprise clients.
• Identify and close strategic AI partnerships.
• Lead technical discovery sessions with research and engineering teams.
• Translate customer requirements into AI evaluation and human data solutions.
• Structure and negotiate enterprise agreements.
• Collaborate with Product, Research, and Operations teams.
• Expand existing customer relationships.
• Track pipeline performance and identify business opportunities.
• Provide customer insights that influence product and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements:

• Experience selling enterprise AI, ML, or developer-focused solutions.
• Proven success managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business development and negotiation abilities.
• Experience engaging with technical decision-makers.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with RLHF, model evaluation, or reinforcement learning.
• Knowledge of AI data annotation or human data pipelines.
• Experience working with AI labs or ML research teams.
• Familiarity with enterprise procurement processes.
• Background in technical SaaS or enterprise software sales.
