Overview:

SourceBridge Co. is seeking skilled Full Stack Developers to contribute their end-to-end development expertise to an advanced AI evaluation project.

 

In this role, you’ll work on realistic software engineering challenges spanning frontend interfaces, backend systems, APIs, databases, and the connections between them. You’ll help create reproducible development environments and reference solutions that evaluate how AI systems solve practical full-stack problems.

 

No prior AI experience is required. Your development expertise and ability to build, debug, and improve complete applications are what matter.

Responsibilities:

• Create clear code samples, debugging approaches, and development solutions across frontend and backend systems.
• Work with technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, Node.js, React, Angular, and API frameworks.
• Identify and resolve issues spanning user interfaces, APIs, backend services, and databases.
• Build small to medium-sized features from the frontend through the backend and data layer.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
• Improve existing frontend and backend code for readability, consistency, reliability, and maintainability.
• Create reproducible environments for full-stack software evaluation tasks.
• Develop reference solutions for practical programming challenges.
• Document technical reasoning, approaches, and implementation decisions.
• Review peer-contributed code and technical submissions for correctness and clarity.

 

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Experience building both frontend and backend applications.
• Proficiency with at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Experience with a backend stack such as Node.js, Python, Go, Java, or similar.
• Strong understanding of frontend/backend communication through APIs.
• Ability to debug problems across the frontend, backend, API, and database layers.
• Solid understanding of web development and software engineering practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Good technical documentation and communication skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, Angular, Golang, FastAPI, REST APIs, or NestJS.
• Experience with API integrations and third-party services.
• Experience with React Native or mobile application development.
• Experience with Shopify or WordPress development.
• Experience building and integrating databases with full-stack applications.
• Familiarity with creating reproducible development environments.
• Experience reviewing or evaluating software solutions.
• Interest in AI, machine learning, or AI coding systems.
• Previous AI experience is a plus but not required.
