Overview:

 

We're seeking experienced Healthcare Attorneys to contribute their legal expertise to an innovative AI training initiative. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys with strong backgrounds in healthcare law, regulatory compliance, policy analysis, and healthcare contracts.

 

No prior AI experience is required—your legal expertise is what matters most.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, review, and annotate healthcare legal documents.
• Draft and review legal content related to healthcare compliance and regulations.
• Evaluate AI-generated legal content for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide detailed legal feedback to improve AI reasoning.
• Research emerging healthcare law developments.
• Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop real-world healthcare legal scenarios for AI training.

 

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Healthcare Law.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, Stark Law, and Anti-Kickback Statute.
• Experience with legal document review and annotation.
• Contract drafting and policy analysis experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active U.S. Bar license.
• Extensive experience in healthcare compliance and regulatory law.
• Background in healthcare operations, risk management, or clinical environments.
• Experience with healthcare contracts and regulatory reviews.
• Interest in legal technology or AI projects is a plus.
