Overview:

SourceBridge Co. is seeking experienced In-House Counsel professionals for a part-time remote opportunity at the intersection of legal expertise and artificial intelligence.

 

This opportunity is ideal for attorneys with strong in-house experience in technology transactions, particularly those experienced in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining technology-related agreements.

 

In this role, you will review and evaluate contract-related AI workflows, perform simulated negotiations and redlining exercises, and provide expert legal feedback to help improve the accuracy, risk identification, and legal judgment of advanced AI systems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review and assess AI-generated responses to contract scenarios.
• Provide expert legal feedback to improve AI model performance and output precision.
• Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for contract-related AI tasks.
• Evaluate AI-generated contract analysis for accuracy, consistency, and legal judgment.
• Identify potential risks, ambiguities, and issues in AI-generated legal content.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine legal data, guidelines, and best practices.
• Apply practical in-house legal experience to AI-driven contract review solutions.

 

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of in-house legal experience focused on technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Excellent contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into clear, actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Demonstrated interest in innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous exposure to AI, legal technology, or AI training/evaluation initiatives.
• Experience working with technology companies or complex commercial transactions.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted contract review or legal technology platforms.
