Overview:

SourceBridge Co. is seeking experienced Investment & Finance Experts for a high-level remote opportunity supporting the development and evaluation of next-generation AI systems.

 

This role is designed for finance professionals with experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, or growth equity. You will evaluate and improve how AI models handle financial reasoning, valuation, financial modeling, capital markets, and real-world investment scenarios.

 

Your expertise will help identify weaknesses in AI-generated financial analysis and establish higher standards for accuracy, reasoning, and practical investment judgment.

 

 

Responsibilities:

• Assess AI-generated outputs involving valuation, financial modeling, markets, and investment analysis.
• Evaluate financial reasoning for accuracy, logic, and real-world applicability.
• Create expert-level prompts based on real-world investment and transaction experience.
• Develop reference answers demonstrating high-quality financial analysis.
• Identify errors, weak reasoning, unsupported conclusions, and unrealistic assumptions.
• Evaluate financial models, valuation approaches, and investment scenarios.
• Provide detailed domain-specific feedback to improve AI model performance.
• Apply practical investment judgment when assessing AI-generated responses.
• Help identify gaps between theoretical financial analysis and real-world investment practices.
• Contribute insights that directly influence the quality and behavior of AI systems.

 

 

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of professional experience at a well-known financial firm or legitimate startup in one or more of the following areas:
• Investment Banking
• Private Equity
• Venture Capital
• Hedge Funds
• Growth Equity
• At least part of the relevant professional experience should have been obtained within the past 7 years.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling and valuation.
• Experience with investment analysis and financial due diligence.
• Understanding of capital markets and financial transactions.
• Strong financial analysis capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel or comparable financial modeling tools.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Ability to evaluate complex financial scenarios and identify unrealistic assumptions or conclusions.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university.
• Experience working on sophisticated financial transactions or investment decisions.
• Experience in investment banking, PE, VC, hedge funds, or growth equity.
• Experience building or reviewing detailed financial models.
• Strong familiarity with valuation methodologies and transaction analysis.
• Experience evaluating AI-generated financial content or using AI tools for financial analysis.
• Based in an English-speaking country.
• Experience communicating complex financial concepts clearly in written English.
