Overview:

SourceBridge Co. is seeking experienced IT Managers to contribute their expertise to a strategic technology and AI evaluation project.

 

In this role, you’ll apply your real-world experience in IT strategy, systems architecture, infrastructure, vendor management, security compliance, and technical leadership to help develop high-quality evaluation scenarios for next-generation AI systems.

 

No prior AI experience is required. Your IT management expertise and professional judgment are what matter.

 

This opportunity is particularly suited to experienced IT or Systems Managers with 5+ years of experience leading technical teams or managing complex enterprise infrastructure.

 

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert insights on IT strategy, technology roadmaps, systems architecture, and infrastructure optimization.
• Evaluate real-world vendor management and procurement scenarios, including third-party technology integration.
• Provide recommendations related to security compliance, risk mitigation, and regulatory requirements.
• Review proposed IT solutions and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Share best practices for technical team leadership, knowledge transfer, mentoring, and professional development.
• Review documentation, workflows, and process designs for clarity, feasibility, security, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze complex IT management scenarios from a strategic and operational perspective.
• Participate in structured discussions and written assignments that contribute to the development of smarter AI tools for IT professionals.

 

Requirements:

• Strong professional experience in IT management, systems management, infrastructure, or related technology leadership.
• Excellent understanding of IT strategy and enterprise technology planning.
• Strong knowledge of systems architecture and infrastructure optimization.
• Experience managing vendors, technology providers, or third-party solutions.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, risk management, and technology governance.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and recommend practical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide detailed, well-reasoned technical feedback.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Manager, Systems Manager, or similar technical leadership role.
• Experience leading technical teams or managing enterprise-scale infrastructure.
• Proven expertise in IT strategy, systems architecture, and technology roadmapping.
• Strong experience with vendor management, contract evaluation, and third-party system integration.
• Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
• Experience with enterprise risk management and security governance.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring or coaching IT professionals.
• Ability to evaluate technical documentation, workflows, and processes from a holistic IT management perspective.
