Overview:

SourceBridge Co. is seeking experienced Legal Technology Experts for a remote contractor opportunity supporting legal operations and AI initiatives.

 

This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in legal technology, eDiscovery, litigation support, contracts, compliance, legal research, document automation, and e-signature workflows.

 

You will apply your practical legal-technology expertise to design, test, and evaluate digital workflows and AI-powered tools. Your feedback will help improve how next-generation AI systems perform in real-world legal environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design, test, and refine realistic legal and contract-management workflows using legal technology platforms.
• Evaluate eDiscovery, litigation-support, compliance, contract-management, and e-signature solutions.
• Test integrations and workflows within simulated legal operations environments.
• Review AI-generated and technology-assisted outputs for accuracy, quality, and practical usability.
• Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, incomplete, or problematic results and workflow breakdowns.
• Document findings and recommendations using professional standards and real-world legal best practices.
• Identify user-experience challenges, inefficiencies, and opportunities for workflow improvement.
• Collaborate with project teams to demonstrate tested workflows and communicate findings.
• Recommend actionable improvements to technology-assisted legal processes.
• Consider compliance, privacy, and regulatory requirements relevant to legal technology workflows.

 

Requirements:

• Professional experience in legal research, litigation support, contracts, eDiscovery, compliance, or legal operations.
• Hands-on experience using legal technology platforms in professional practice.
• Strong understanding of legal technology workflows and digital legal operations.
• Knowledge of compliance, privacy, and regulatory considerations relevant to legal operations.
• Experience evaluating digital workflows and identifying inefficiencies or errors.
• Strong attention to detail and sound professional judgment.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to clearly document observations, risks, and recommendations.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience implementing or managing e-signature workflows.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms.
• Experience with document automation solutions.
• Experience with eDiscovery or litigation technology platforms.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools.
• Previous experience evaluating AI systems or workplace technology integrations.
• Experience assessing and improving end-user experiences in legal technology environments.
