Overview:

 

SourceBridge Co. is seeking experienced Litigation Associate Attorneys to contribute their legal expertise to an innovative AI project. This role is ideal for attorneys with experience in top-tier U.S. law firms who are passionate about applying their knowledge to help train next-generation AI systems.

 

No prior AI experience is required—your legal expertise is what matters.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze litigation matters involving M&A, private equity, and capital markets.
• Draft, review, and evaluate contracts and legal documents.
• Assess data privacy and regulatory compliance issues.
• Provide legal analysis for AI training scenarios.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a remote environment.
• Deliver clear, well-reasoned legal feedback.
• Adapt legal expertise across complex litigation and transactional matters.

 

Requirements:

• JD or equivalent from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Active U.S. Bar membership.
• Strong litigation and contract drafting experience.
• Knowledge of M&A, private equity, capital markets, and data privacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Experience at a top-tier U.S. law firm.
