Overview:

SourceBridge Co. is seeking experienced Machine Learning Engineers to contribute their technical expertise to projects focused on training and improving next-generation AI systems.

 

In this role, you’ll design, develop, evaluate, and refine machine learning models while working with large datasets and machine learning pipelines. Your expertise will help improve how AI systems learn, reason, and perform through high-quality technical contributions and real-world machine learning solutions.

 

 

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and refine machine learning models using Python and relevant ML libraries.
• Analyze large datasets and use MongoDB to efficiently manage, store, and retrieve data for model training and validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional contributors to identify opportunities for model improvement.
• Evaluate models, tune hyperparameters, and benchmark results to optimize performance.
• Document methodologies, experiments, results, and technical findings to ensure reproducible workflows.
• Develop and integrate data preprocessing and pipeline workflows for training and inference.
• Analyze machine learning results and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of machine learning processes and solutions.

 

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB for data storage, manipulation, and retrieval.
• Experience working with machine learning models and real-world datasets.
• Strong understanding of model evaluation and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of feature engineering and data preprocessing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent technical documentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Deep familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Hands-on MongoDB experience within machine learning projects.
• Track record of delivering innovative ML solutions in real-world environments.
• Experience with model evaluation metrics and hyperparameter tuning.
• Experience deploying or operationalizing machine learning models in cloud or enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines and ML workflows.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements.
