Overview:

SourceBridge Co. is seeking experienced Management Consultants for a high-level remote opportunity supporting the development and evaluation of next-generation AI systems.

 

This role is designed for professionals with strong consulting backgrounds who can apply structured problem solving, business strategy, business analysis, market research, financial analysis, and stakeholder management to complex business scenarios.

 

You will evaluate how AI models reason through consulting-style problems, identify weaknesses in their analysis, and provide expert-level feedback to improve their performance.

 

 

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate AI-generated responses to business strategy and consulting-style problems.
• Assess the quality, structure, accuracy, and practicality of AI-generated business analysis.
• Create high-quality prompts designed around complex business and strategic scenarios.
• Develop expert-level reference answers demonstrating strong consulting judgment.
• Provide detailed feedback and critiques of AI-generated responses.
• Apply structured consulting frameworks to assess reasoning quality.
• Identify gaps, flawed assumptions, and weaknesses in business recommendations.
• Analyze business strategy, market dynamics, financial considerations, and operational challenges.
• Help refine evaluation guidelines and standards as project requirements evolve.
• Collaborate with project teams to improve AI performance on complex business problems.
• Communicate analytical conclusions clearly through professional business writing.

 

 

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of professional experience at a well-known financial firm or legitimate startup in one or more of the following areas:
• At least 1 year of experience working at a top consulting firm.
• Relevant experience at firms such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&, L.E.K., Oliver Wyman, or a comparable consulting organization.
• At least part of the relevant consulting experience should have been obtained within the past 7 years.
• Strong business strategy and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with business analysis and market research.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Excellent structured-thinking and analytical abilities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional business writing and communication skills.
• Ability to break down ambiguous and complex business problems into structured analyses.
• Excellent written English.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university.
• Experience advising senior executives or major organizations.
• Experience working across multiple industries or business functions.
• Strong familiarity with consulting frameworks and analytical methodologies.
• Experience with strategy, operations, market analysis, or financial advisory projects.
• Experience evaluating AI-generated content or using AI tools in professional settings.
• Based in an English-speaking country.
