Overview:

SourceBridge Co. is seeking experienced Military/Veteran Mental Health Experts for a remote contractor opportunity supporting the development and evaluation of next-generation AI systems in mental health.

 

This opportunity is intended for qualified psychiatrists and clinical psychologists with substantial direct patient-care experience working with military personnel and/or veterans.

 

Experts will apply their clinical knowledge to review mental health content, evaluate simulated patient interactions, identify clinical inaccuracies, and provide expert feedback to help improve AI systems.

 

No prior AI experience is required — your clinical and domain expertise is what matters.

 

 

Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate mental health materials, case studies, and simulated patient interactions involving military and veteran populations.
• Provide expert clinical feedback to improve AI understanding of mental health best practices.
• Analyze diagnostic processes and therapeutic approaches for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Create, edit, and curate prompts, responses, and clinical scenarios reflecting real-world military and veteran mental health challenges.
• Identify terminology, cultural considerations, and communication approaches relevant to service members and veterans.
• Participate in virtual discussions or consultative sessions regarding project objectives.
• Document findings, recommendations, and potential improvements in a clear and structured format.
• Evaluate AI-generated content for clinical accuracy, relevance, and sensitivity.
• Help ensure AI-generated materials appropriately reflect the unique needs and experiences of military and veteran populations.

 

 

Requirements:

• Completed psychiatric residency as a medical doctor/psychiatrist, or completed PhD as a clinical psychologist.
• Demonstrated direct patient-care experience with military and/or veteran populations.
• Strong knowledge of military and veteran mental health.
• Experience with trauma, PTSD, TBI, adjustment disorders, and related conditions.
• Strong clinical analysis and case-evaluation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex clinical concepts into clear, structured feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and clinical accuracy.
• Cultural competence when working with diverse patient populations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Ability to document clinical observations and recommendations clearly.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Board certification in psychiatry or appropriate professional credentials as a clinical psychologist.
• Extensive experience treating military personnel or veterans.
• Experience developing or reviewing clinical content, training materials, or assessment tools.
• Experience with trauma-informed clinical approaches.
• Familiarity with technology-driven healthcare or mental health initiatives.
• Previous experience evaluating AI-generated clinical content is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency in one or more additional languages, particularly:
• Japanese, French, Tagalog, Malay, Lithuanian, Russian, Georgian, Polish, Marathi, Bengali, Urdu, Vietnamese, Swahili, Mandarin, Cantonese, Indonesian, Turkish, Gujarati, or Bulgarian.
