About the Role:

SourceBridge Co. is seeking experienced Product Managers and Product Owners to contribute their product expertise to an advanced project focused on the evaluation and improvement of AI-generated content.

 

In this role, you will use your product management and product ownership experience to assess specifications, product documentation, user-facing content, release notes, stakeholder communications, and other written outputs.

 

Your expertise will help evaluate how effectively AI systems understand requirements, follow instructions, communicate clearly, and produce useful product-related content.

 

No prior AI experience is required. Your product expertise and ability to critically evaluate written content are what matter most.

 

Important: This Is an Evaluation Role:

This engagement is strictly focused on evaluation and analysis.

Candidates whose primary background is project management, programme management, delivery management, or Scrum leadership should not apply. This opportunity requires strong Product Management / Product Ownership expertise, particularly in specification, documentation, and content evaluation.

 

Scope of Work:

• As a Product Manager / Product Owner contributor, you will:
• Assess and compare AI-generated responses to product-related writing prompts, including specifications, release notes, user-facing copy, and stakeholder updates.
• Score responses according to clarity, tone, instruction adherence, accuracy, and usefulness for the intended audience.
• Write detailed rationales explaining the reasoning behind each evaluation and score.
• Identify situations where fluent or polished writing fails to properly answer the question or satisfy the intended requirements.
• Evaluate whether responses appropriately address the needs of executives, technical stakeholders, and end users.
• Identify factual inaccuracies, inconsistencies, missing information, and content that exceeds or fails to meet defined constraints.
• Evaluate specifications and product documentation for completeness, clarity, consistency, and practical usefulness.
• Provide actionable written feedback that can be used to improve AI-generated outputs.
• Collaborate virtually and asynchronously with project managers and reviewers to maintain consistency and evaluation quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar product-focused role.
• Strong experience in cross-functional product development.
• Native-level English fluency and exceptional written communication skills.
• Extensive experience creating or evaluating:
• Product Requirements Documents (PRDs)
• Specifications
• Acceptance criteria
• Release notes
• Decision documents
• User-facing product content
• Ability to determine whether content is appropriately written for executives, technical stakeholders, or end users.
• Strong ability to provide clear and actionable written feedback.
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Familiarity with model evaluation, RLHF, annotation, or AI evaluation is a plus but not required.
