Overview:

SourceBridge Co. is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead product execution and help transform complex problems into intuitive, high-quality products.

 

You will work closely with engineering, data, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle—from discovery and scoping through launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.

 

This role is particularly suited to professionals with experience in AI, data, developer tools, analytics, or other technically sophisticated products.

 

 

Responsibilities:

• Own the product lifecycle from discovery and scoping through launch and iteration.
• Build intuitive, high-quality products with a strong focus on user experience.
• Define and track KPIs, adoption metrics, and product outcomes.
• Prioritize initiatives based on user needs, business impact, and technical constraints.
• Turn ambiguous and complex problems into focused, executable product releases.
• Use customer feedback and product data to continuously improve products.
• Partner closely with engineering teams and drive alignment across stakeholders.
• Maintain a high standard for product quality while moving quickly.
• Communicate product priorities, decisions, and progress clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Balance short-term execution with longer-term product strategy.

 

 

Requirements:

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar product leadership professional owning a live software product.
• Demonstrated experience building and managing customer-facing products.
• Strong product judgment and ability to simplify complex problems.
• Experience using KPIs, product usage data, and customer insights to guide decisions.
• Ability to prioritize effectively across customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
• Strong understanding of product execution and delivery.
• High level of initiative and comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, data, and business teams.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI, data, developer tools, analytics, or technically sophisticated products.
• Engineering background or strong technical fluency.
• Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, AI agents, data infrastructure, or analytics products.
• Experience taking products from 0→1.
• Experience iterating products based on real-world customer usage and feedback.
• Strong understanding of modern product-development methodologies.
• Experience working in product-led technology companies.
