Overview:

SourceBridge Co. is seeking experienced Sales Agents with securities and commodities expertise to contribute to an advanced AI evaluation project.

 

In this role, you’ll use your real-world knowledge of financial markets, client advisory, sales practices, and compliance to create expert-authored evaluation tasks for next-generation AI systems.

 

No prior AI experience is required. Your domain expertise is what matters.

 

You’ll work with varied professional materials, including market data, spreadsheets, PDFs, client documentation, and regulatory references, to develop realistic, multi-step scenarios that test how AI systems interpret information, exercise market judgment, communicate with clients, and apply compliance principles.

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop realistic evaluation tasks covering securities and commodities trading, client advisory, sales activities, and compliance reasoning.
• Source, compile, and curate supporting materials such as market data, client documentation, and regulatory references.
• Define and justify appropriate market decisions or advisory actions while considering applicable compliance requirements.
• Create comprehensive evaluation rubrics containing 35+ criteria to assess AI performance.
• Ensure tasks reflect authentic, real-world financial operations rather than simplified scenarios.
• Evaluate areas including market judgment, compliance sensitivity, client communication, and documentation accuracy.
• Collaborate with technical teams to clarify task objectives and improve benchmarking standards.

 

Requirements:

• Strong professional experience in securities, commodities, financial services, brokerage, banking, or trading environments.
• Excellent understanding of market practices and client-facing sales or advisory workflows.
• Strong market judgment and ability to analyze complex financial scenarios.
• High sensitivity to compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to review and interpret market data, technical documents, and regulatory materials.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and produce detailed, high-quality deliverables.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Series 7/63 licenses or an international equivalent demonstrating regulatory proficiency.
• 4+ years of experience at a brokerage, bank, trading platform, or similar financial institution.
• Direct experience executing trades or providing client advisory services involving securities or commodities.
• Experience working with compliance-driven financial workflows.
• Experience designing complex evaluation tasks, assessment criteria, or grading rubrics.
• Strong ability to translate real-world financial expertise into structured written scenarios.
• Previous remote experience working independently on complex assignments.
