Overview:

 

We're seeking experienced Senior Software Engineers to help train next-generation AI systems by designing and evaluating software engineering environments. You'll create realistic coding tasks that assess AI models on debugging, feature implementation, code refactoring, and performance optimization.

 

No prior AI experience is required—your software engineering expertise is what matters.

 

Responsibilities:

• Design software engineering tasks for AI evaluation.
• Create Reinforcement Learning environments using MCP tools.
• Debug complex software issues.
• Implement new features and refactor existing code.
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Develop deterministic verification and reference solutions.
• Collaborate with remote engineering teams.

 

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, C++, Go, Rust, or TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Experience debugging complex software systems.
• Code refactoring and feature development experience.
• Performance optimization expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
• Familiarity with AI or Machine Learning (preferred but not required).
• Experience conducting code reviews and following software engineering best practices.
