Overview:

 

SourceBridge Co. is seeking a Software Engineer, New Grad to join an innovative engineering team building scalable applications and AI-powered products. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or early-career software engineers eager to grow by developing production-ready full-stack systems.

 

You'll collaborate with experienced engineers while contributing to internal platforms, automation tools, and modern web applications.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop full-stack web applications and platform features.
• Build scalable backend services and REST APIs.
• Create responsive frontend applications using React.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability.
• Learn best practices in scalable software engineering.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals.
• Experience with React.
• Familiarity with Node.js.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of REST APIs.
• Experience with Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for learning and building high-quality software.

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Internship or software development experience.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps.
• Familiarity with microservices or serverless architectures.
• Interest in AI-powered products.
