Overview:
SourceBridge Co. is seeking experienced Specialized Industries Experts for a remote contractor opportunity focused on testing and evaluating AI-powered workflows across professional software and business systems.
This opportunity is designed for professionals with specialized expertise in areas such as Government Contracting & Federal Acquisition, Commodities & Maritime Operations, Nonprofit & Grant Management, or Education & EdTech Operations.
You will use your real-world industry knowledge to evaluate AI agents, large language models, and workplace workflows for accuracy, usability, completeness, and compliance with relevant professional standards.
No prior AI experience is required — your domain expertise is what matters.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and test AI-driven workflows relevant to your area of industry expertise.
- Provide actionable feedback on workflow accuracy, usability, and effectiveness.
- Interact with large language models (LLMs) and AI agents to simulate realistic professional scenarios.
- Review AI-generated workflow outputs for correctness, completeness, and alignment with industry standards.
- Validate regulatory and industry-specific workflows, including FAR and DFARS where applicable.
- Identify edge cases, workflow gaps, incorrect outputs, and unrealistic professional scenarios.
- Test advanced AI tools and workplace integrations such as ChatGPT, Codex, Claude Cowork, and similar platforms.
- Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators and provide clear written observations.
- Recommend improvements to workflow logic and AI-powered business processes.
- Help ensure AI solutions are practical, accurate, and relevant to real-world professional environments.
Requirements:
- Substantial professional experience in at least one relevant specialized industry, including:
- Government Contracting & Federal Acquisition
- Commodities & Maritime Operations
- Nonprofit & Grant Management
- Education & EdTech Operations
- Strong understanding of professional workflows and practices within your area of expertise.
- Ability to identify incomplete, incorrect, unrealistic, or impractical workflow outputs.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to clearly document findings, issues, and recommendations.
- Familiarity with professional or industry-specific software and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate asynchronously in a remote environment.
- Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new AI-powered tools and workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with workplace applications such as Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Notion, or sector-specific platforms.
- Direct professional experience using generative AI applications such as ChatGPT, Codex, Claude Code, or Claude Cowork.
- Experience working with government contracting regulations such as FAR or DFARS.
- Experience with maritime operations, shipping, logistics, or commodities.
- Experience managing grants, nonprofit operations, or fundraising.
- Experience in education operations, EdTech, or learning technologies.
- Previous experience evaluating AI systems, workplace integrations, or automated workflows.
- Strong adaptability when working with emerging technologies.
