Overview:

 

SourceBridge Co. is seeking an experienced Strategic Project Lead – MD/Medical Expertise to lead high-impact healthcare AI projects. In this leadership role, you'll oversee teams of healthcare professionals, including MDs, PhDs, and subject matter experts, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality data that powers next-generation AI systems.

 

You'll manage healthcare-focused data operations, collaborate with leading AI organizations, and drive strategic initiatives that improve the performance and reliability of advanced AI models.

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead healthcare-focused AI projects from planning through successful delivery.
• Manage teams of Human Data Managers and medical subject matter experts.
• Design, optimize, and oversee large-scale healthcare data workflows.
• Partner directly with leading AI organizations and executive stakeholders.
• Define, monitor, and improve operational KPIs.
• Ensure data quality, scalability, and project excellence.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on project progress and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve workflows.

 

Requirements:

 

• Background in Healthcare, Medicine, Data Operations, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• MD qualification is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or operations management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

• MD degree or extensive healthcare industry experience.
• Experience leading healthcare or AI-related operational projects.
• Knowledge of large-scale data operations and workflow optimization.
• Startup or high-growth company experience.
• Experience working with executive leadership.
• Ability to lead distributed remote teams.
