Overview:

SourceBridge Co. is seeking experienced Visual Designers specializing in presentations and decks to contribute to an advanced AI evaluation project.

 

In this role, you'll apply your expertise in typography, layout, visual hierarchy, branding, and presentation systems to create high-quality presentation tasks and evaluation standards. Your work will help AI systems better understand what makes a presentation visually polished, consistent, and aligned with a defined brand style.

 

No prior AI experience is required. Your visual design expertise is what matters.

Responsibilities:

• Design expert-level presentation tasks using reference decks, brand assets, and structured content.
• Create high-quality example decks demonstrating strong typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual consistency.
• Establish clear criteria for polished and on-brand presentation design.
• Develop detailed visual rubrics to evaluate AI-generated presentation outputs.
• Evaluate presentation designs for visual quality, style consistency, and template adherence.
• Identify common AI design issues such as misaligned grids, inconsistent hierarchy, spacing problems, and off-brand elements.
• Document visual feedback and explain design decisions clearly.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine presentation tasks, templates, and evaluation systems.
• Apply consistent visual standards across different presentation formats and content types.

 

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of professional experience in presentation design, visual design, agency work, corporate communications, branding, or a related field.
• Advanced understanding of typography, layout, color, iconography, and grid systems.
• Strong ability to build and apply visual template systems.
• Ability to analyze and reproduce visual styles from reference presentations.
• Strong presentation-design portfolio demonstrating high-quality work.
• Expert proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Keynote.
• Familiarity with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent attention to visual detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project requirements.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing board decks, pitch decks, sales presentations, investor presentations, or corporate communications.
• Experience translating brand guidelines into presentation systems.
• Experience working with data-rich presentations.
• Experience redesigning presentation templates at scale.
• Experience creating visual evaluation rubrics.
• Previous involvement in AI training or evaluation projects.
• Advanced Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, or other Adobe Creative Suite skills.
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams.

Compensation is output-based: experts are paid per task that meets project specifications. Time requirements may vary based on experience and workflow, and minimum weekly submission requirements may apply
